I founded SELF in late 2024 out of both frustration and vision. Frustration over the fact that there was no real platform dedicated to women’s sexuality, knowledge, and pleasure. And a vision of creating something unapologetically modern: a brand built by women, for women, where sensuality and science meet.

My passion for women’s health — and my drive to disrupt outdated stigmas — pushed me to create SELF as more than a brand. To me, SELF is a movement. A space where pleasure is treated as an essential part of wellbeing, not a luxury.

Why SELF exists

I believe true health is holistic. Exercise and nutrition are important, but they’re not enough. Desire, intimacy, and sexual wellbeing are just as essential — they regulate hormones, reduce stress, improve sleep, and fuel confidence.

With SELF, I want to help close the gap between knowledge and pleasure, between confidence and desire, between science and sensuality.
