SELF Seductions is only available online but we do ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We do run selective discounts and promotions, so make sure to stay tuned for seductive deals.
Promo Codes usually are issued with an expiration. That’s one of the main reasons a code will not work. To get more information on a code that was recently given to you, email us at support@selfseductions.com. If the promo code is expired or invalid, you cannot use that code for any purchases.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, final, or end of season sales or other types of discounts.
All products are designed and produced to be true to size, but exceptions do happen. Please always check product information on each product page for more information about size differences.

All products are designed to be used and loved often. For longevity please consider hand washing or using the hand wash program on your laundry machine. No products should be tumble dried.

Returns & Shipping
We use PostNord for deliveries within Sweden and Scandinavia and/or DHL upon your request or when suited.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on full priced items that are eligible for returns (that does not include hygiene articles: earrings, briefs, vibrators). Items will be inspected and approved before refunding.
Please note! Returns must adhere to the following:
‣ Must be returned within 14 days of the items being delivered.
‣ Sale items over 20% discounted are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ All discounts over 60% are are deemed as final sales and will not be refunded.
‣ Pre Order items are excluded from returns. Only exchanges or store credit.
‣ Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours.
‣ Gift cards cannot be returned.
SELF Seduction does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
You have 14 days from the day the order is processed to submit a cancellation. E-mail us at support@selfseductions.com and remember to include your Order # & reason for return.

Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen.
We offer a one year guarantee on all electronic vibrator and reserve the right to compensate for non functioning goods with a corresponding product in the same price point.
