Returns
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returned items must be:

unused and in original condition

returned in original packaging

with all tags still attached
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes underwear bottoms, earrings, and wellness devices.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we’re happy to offer store credit instead.
Purchases made with promotions
SELF does not run sales as part of its regular offering. Items purchased using a promotion, campaign, or discount code are not eligible for refunds, but may be returned for store credit.
Return shipping
Return handling is free of charge. However, any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We offer the option to use a return label provided by us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you’re also welcome to arrange return shipping yourself. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SELF Seductions is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Processing time

5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed
